WSU Applebaum PharmD program honors preceptors during annual Recognition & Development Event

On May 18, members of the Wayne State University Eugene Applebaum College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences Doctor of Pharmacy program gathered for the annual PharmD Warrior Preceptor Recognition & Development Event. Director of Experiential Education and Clinical Professor Francine Salinitri welcomed attendees, followed by remarks from Associate Dean for Pharmacy Susan Davis and Dean Brian Cummings.

The event's keynote speaker was University of North Texas Health Science Center at Fort Worth's Adenike Atanda-Oshikoya, who serves as residency program director-PGY2 ambulatory care and assistant professor of pharmacotherapy.

Awards were presented to four exemplary preceptors:
