Atheer Kaddis provides leadership and direction in the development and delivery of all BCBSM and Blue Care Network pharmacy programs and services, including network and product management, and pharmacy benefits manager (PBM) relationship management. His responsibilities focus on ensuring all programs, products, and processes fully align with corporate objectives. Atheer has 10 years of leadership experience with one of the nation's largest specialty pharmacies, having previously served as executive vice president, Sales and Strategic Alignment/Envoy Health, for Diplomat Pharmacy. He also served as senior vice president, Sales and Business Development, and vice president, Managed Markets, at Diplomat Pharmacy, during a time when Diplomat experienced record revenue growth.

Atheer has an extensive career in community and hospital pharmacy, health care insurance, and pharmacy benefit management, including serving as director, Pharmacy Services – Clinical, for BCBSM from 2000 to 2007. He holds a doctor of pharmacy degree from Wayne State University.
