Directions The Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences is located on the 3rd floor of the Eugene Applebaum College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, at 259 Mack Avenue, Detroit, on the northeast corner of Mack and John R. CLICK HERE for an interactive map highlighting our location. Parking is available on the West side of John R, immediately across the street from the College. Exit the East entrance of the Parking Garage on John R and follow Brady Street which runs between the College and the Rehabilitation institute to the North entrance of the College. Proceed to elevators at the far end of the first floor and take elevators to the 3rd floor, where 2 hard right turns will bring you to the Department Office.
Traveling I-75
I-75 Northbound
*Take the Mack Avenue exit and turn LEFT onto Mack Avenue to the west.
I-75 Southbound
*Take the Mack Avenue exit and turn RIGHT onto Mack Avenue to the west.
*Mack Avenue - Drive west to the third light. Turn RIGHT onto John R to the north.
*The College is immediately on the RIGHT (East).
*The Parking Structure is immediately on ther LEFT (West).
Traveling I-94
I-94 Westbound
*Take the I-75 exit SOUTH toward downtown and exit onto Mack Avenue.
*Follow the directions above from Mack Avenue.
I-94 Eastbound
*M-10 Lodge - Take the 2nd exit after I-96 onto M10 Lodge SOUTH toward downtown.
*Stay in the Protected Merge lane and follow the Exit Only lane toward Forest (WSU).
*Take a LEFT and travel Eastbound on Forest for approximately 1 mile (do not take the hard left U-turn for traffic to Warren).
*Turn RIGHT where Forest "T" intersects John R.
*Travel SOUTH 4 blocks to the College and parking structure located on John R just before Mack Avenue.
Traveling I-96
I-96 Eastbound
*Exit RIGHT from I-96 onto I-94 Eastbound (Port Huron/Flint, NOT Chicago).
*From I-94 East take the 2nd exit onto M-10 Lodge Freeway SOUTH toward downtown.
*Follow directions above from M-10 Lodge.
