About the Donor
The Board of Visitors Endowed Scholarship was created in January 2012 through contributions from the members of the board of visitors. The intent of the board of visitors is to provide tuition assistance to a deserving student that shows great promise for making a difference in their profession. -

Kaye J. Schlomer Endowed Scholarship for Physical Therapy
About the Donor
A 1961 occupational therapy graduate, Kaye J. Schlomer left her estate to fund endowed scholarships in both occupational and physical therapy. These scholarships were established to recognize scholastic achievement, encourage continued progress, and to provide financial assistance to students. -

Physical Therapy Founders Endowment
About the Donor
This fund was created through the generosity of Beverly Schmoll, former dean of the Eugene Applebaum College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences and member of the first graduating class in physical therapy, to honor the founding faculty George Andrews and Jean Cuthbertson, and the founding students of the physical therapy program at Wayne State University.
