The first class is Tuesday, June 18, when participants will learn how to correctly move into and hold basic yoga poses, including:

  • Table

  • Standing Forward Fold
  • Mountain
  • Monkey
  • Warrior 1
  • Warrior 2

Wear comfortable clothes that you can move in, and bring a yoga mat. You may also want to bring a yoga block (inexpensive and available at Target, Walmart, Meijer, etc).

Tuesdays will be vinyasa flow classes, and Thursdays will be deep stretch classes that will work for any fitness level, from those with lots of flexibility to those with no flexibility at all.
