On Tuesday, Oct. 23, the Eugene Applebaum College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences will host a forum and panel discussion on the proposed legalization of marijuana in Michigan. The Michigan Regulation and Taxation of Marijuana Act is on the Nov. 6 ballot. The event takes place in the EACPHS auditorium from 2-4 p.m. It is free and open to the public.
