CAPS Lunch with a Blessing self-care workshop series on Tuesdays in November

Counseling and Psychological Services intern and Master of Social Work student Blessing Igiogbe is hosting self-care workshops for students in the Eugene Applebaum College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences - including a special Friday session added on Oct. 30 in honor of Wayne State's Mental Health Day.

During the Lunch with a Blessing series, students will techniques to cope with stress, setting healthy boundaries, and practicing self-care while sharing your feelings in a nonjudgmental space. Aside from Friday's Mental Health Day workshop, sessions will be held on Zoom on Tuesdays at noon through November.
