Staying connected while we're apart
Social distancing can actually bring the WSU Applebaum community closer together — if we make an effort to stay connected from afar. Instead of wandering down to the Commons in the WSU Applebaum building when you're ready for a break, navigate through this page for a smile and a breath of fresh air.
Discover new ways to take care of yourself and your family on our wellness page. Updated regularly with fresh ideas and resources, this page can point you to everything from online mental health options and work-from-home sanity savers to virtual museum tours, concerts, animal cams and more.
- Warriors Strong Together offers free mental health intervention to all WSU students, faculty and staff struggling with pandemic-related stressors — the call center at 313-577-1596 is open seven days a week from 7 a.m.-7 p.m.
- Missing campus? Check in on Wayne State's resident Peregrine Falcons via the webcam mounted above their Old Main nest.
- Log onto the WSU Theatre and Dance Facebook page for daily performances sure to engage and enchant the entire family.
