Transcript evaluation request

This service is available to international and out of state students whose schools are not listed on the transfer credit website. Before requesting a transcript evaluation request, international students must first receive a course-by-course evaluation from an external credentialing agency such as World Education Services. If you have questions, contact the EACPHS Office of Student Affairs at 313-577-1716 or cphsinfo@wayne.edu. Complete the the online form below and upload pdfs of transcripts from all schools attended.

Transcripts from outside of the United States (except Canada) must be evaluated by an external credentialing agency. A course-by-course evaluation can be uploaded for review once that is completed. Note that WES evaluations are preferred: www.wes.org.
